Modular Headend System RMM 12 Modular Headend System RMM 4 Modular Headend System DESCRIPTION The Drake modular headend system is designed to maximize rack space in a SMATV system, private cable system, or smaller CATV headend with various modules designed to be mixed and matched for flexiblity without comprimising the quality of the headend components. The modular headend system begins with a rack chassis. Two versions of chassis are available, depending on how many modules are needed for the system. The RMM 12 is a vertical 12 port chassis that only takes up two rack spaces (3.5") and the RMM 4 is a horizontal 4 port chassis that comes with a power supply and only takes up one rack space (1.75").
