Eagle Aspen ROTR100 One-Cable Antenna Rotator
with Infrared Remote Control
ROTR100 Rotator Drive Unit ROTR100 Rotator Control Unit w/Infrared Remote

The Eagle Aspen ROTR100 single cable off-air antenna rotator eliminates the need of having to run a separate 3 conductor rotor wire between the outdoor motor and the indoor control unit. The rotator uses DiSEqC code that sends commands to control the motor using the same coax cable that brings the TV signals from the off-air antenna into the house. Pre-amplifier power can also be supplied using the same coax cable. Whether performing a new install or retrofitting an existing antenna system, the Eagle Aspen ROTR100 allows for a fast and easy installation.

These are some of the features of the Eagle Aspen ROTR100 single cable antenna rotator:

One Cable carries off-air signals, rotator power, control & pre-amplifier power

Hall Sensor Control : Satellite dish control accuracy is now applied to off-air antenna position control. Unlike all other rotators, this unit does not rely on timing. The hall sensor counts every motor revolution resulting in 2° accuracy

High Torque : 120 inch lbs. of mechanical torque to handle up to a 131" boom length.

Preamp Power : 17 VDC at 50 mA (max) when used with a preamp. If a preamp is not used, this is automatically sensed and the preamp power is switched off

Display & Control : The indoor controller features a 000° to 450° digital compass display. 1.25 total rotation (450°) to allow for easy pointing to stations that are either side of north. Several methods of antenna control are provided, including:

  • Up/down through the digital compass display
  • Direct Access to a location (e.g.180° for south)
  • 99 programmable memory locations, which can be assigned the same number as the channel being received

Handheld IR Remote : Software codes available on most higher end universal remote controls

Can Be Controlled Anywhere In Your House With an Optional Remote Control Extender

Non-Volatile Memory Holds Locations During Power Failures

   1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

   Made In China

Remote Control Codes Compatible with many universal remote controls
Shipping Dimensions 17"(L) x 16"(W) x 5"(H) Weight 10 lbs.

Do not use coax cable with a copper covered steel center conductor as it has approximately three times the DC resistance of coax with a solid copper center conductor. If coax with a copper covered steel center conductor must be used the maxium distance between the outdoor motor and the indoor control unit is 75' and a preamp powered by the same coax is not recommended. For proper coax cable recommendations see the table below.
