We do our very best to keep our web site as up to date as possible, and this includes the prices shown on each product's page, however our prices are subject to change without notice.
Pricing Discounts
Due to our already low prices and slim profit margins we do not have discounts or sales on our products and do not price match our competition. Because we know you can buy from many other people we strive to have excellent technical support and very competitive prices without having to run sales or other gimmicks to get you to buy from us.
Sales Tax Policies
We are required to charge sales tax for online customers in Indiana only. Sales tax will not be charged for customers who reside outside of Indiana.
International Sales
Certain products may be subject to United States Export Controls. Products may not be purchased or sold to a national or resident of: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Syria or any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods or anyone on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders.
If you reside or will be having a product shipped outside the United States we may require you to provide us with: your name, complete billing and shipping address (post office boxes are not enough) and phone number. If you are a business or the product will be used for a business or commercial application we may require you to provide us with the nature of your business, ownership and control, and information with regard to the final destination and use of the products your are purchasing from us so that we may determine if the export is in compliance with U.S. law. Forms of Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept purchase orders from businesses and government agencies on a case-by-case basis and certain restrictions may apply. For our check and money order acceptance policy see our Check Acceptance Policy below. For international orders (except Canada) we only accept bank wire transfers with all bank fees, taxes, duties, customs and shipping charges incurred by the customer.
Check Acceptance Policy
We gladly accept checks and money orders for online purchases using Check-By-Phone or by mail. However, we reserve the right to wait until the check clears our bank until the product(s) ordered are shipped. If a check is returned unpaid we will automatically debit your checking account electronically for the original check amount plus a service fee of $25.00 or the maximum allowed by law. Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed. Payment by check constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Shipping
The majority of orders received by 3:00 PM Eastern Time (12:00 P.M. Pacific Time) are shipped the same day that they are received. Most orders shipped by regular ground delivery will arrive in 1-5 business days. If you've got an emergency, just call us by 8:00 PM Eastern Time (5:00 P.M. Pacific Time) and we can ship in-stock products for next-day delivery for an additional charge.
To serve our customers quickly and to save on shipping costs, we drop ship many products that we sell. If dissimilar items are ordered - like an antenna, 100' of coax cable and an antenna tower - these will most likely be shipped separately, depending on which warehouse the products are located at and where they are being shipped to.
We often send packages by FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, U.P.S., and the U.S. Postal Service. If you would like your order to be shipped by a specific shipper please inform us of this when placing your order. Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Satellite receivers and descramblers can only be shipped within the U.S. You will be notified when placing your order if we are unable to ship certain items to your ship to address.
Return Policy
All claims for shortages, defects, and non-conforming goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Any merchandise without a return materials authorization (RMA) number may be refused. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges (ground shipping) relevant to that item if the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Any product returned to stock must be returned in the original packaging in new condition. The customer is responsible for a 10% restocking charge unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Loaner units will be shipped at customer's expense both ways. Antennas, towers, cut-to-length wire, cable, masting, crimped connectors and special order non-stock items may not be returned and are not refundable unless defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Returning Items To Us
Follow the simple directions below to return or exchange products.
- Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
- We recommend items be returned by FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post with proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. Refunds will be given as a credit to the original purchaser's credit card or issued in the form of a check, depending on what form of payment was given to us at the time of the order.
